By creating an account or using SUP, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eyewitness Requirement
SUP is an eyewitness platform. By posting, you certify that you were physically present at the location reported. Posting fabricated, secondhand, or recycled content as if it were live eyewitness reporting is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.
3. Content Standards
You agree not to post content that:
- Is false, fabricated, or deliberately misleading
- Violates any person's privacy or safety
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Is illegal in the jurisdiction where you or the subject are located
- Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
4. Content License
By posting content to SUP, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.
5. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, is harmful to the community. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.
6. Disclaimer
SUP provides a platform for user-generated content. We do not verify the accuracy of posts beyond GPS location at post time. Do not use SUP as your sole source of information in emergencies — always contact official emergency services when appropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on user-generated content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SUP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
